Alright, since I am not of legal age of consent to possess and sign a contract to have my own credit/debit card my parent/.guardian can sign a paper at the bank so I can get my own debit in their name, but it's mine to go and buy something on the internet or something.

But theres an issue I'm wondering, since it will be in my fathers name does his credit score pile onto me so, lets say I go and buy something off the internet and its $15 a month(World of warcraft), I can't do it cause of his credit. Is this true? Or am I on a clean slate so if I put $15 from my paycheck every two weeks thats $30 a month which will build up meaning I am consistant on my bill?

Because I want to buy a new computer, I have about $400 right now, So I'm basically free to order a new PC and set up my billing plan like monthly, Bi-annually, etc?

If it's a debit card you're getting, it won't have anything to do with your credit score, or your dads.

With a debit card, you can use it to make online purchases, but that money comes directly out of your bank account at the time of your purchase, and on the same date every month if it's a recurring charge. (like your WOW account). Just make sure you have enough money in your account on the date the debit is to be processed and you'll be ok. :)

Advice I learned the hard way....write down EVERYTHING you buy with your debit card. It's easy to lose track of how much you're spending. Lol.

Credit has nothing to do with a debit card. A debit card is linked to a checking account, you put money in the account to cover your purchases, and the money comes out of your checking account, like writing a check or withdrawing cash, only automatically. If you are wanting a CREDIT card, and your pops applied with you and his credit was bad, then you wouldn't get the card.
As I said, debit cards are completely different and aren't subject to credit approval.
