Green is kind of an uncommon color for spiders, but there are several possibilities. From your description it sounds most like some sort of crab spider in the "flower spider" group (Misumena-type spiders). Some of these are greenish, and adult females often have some sort of reddish or mahogany-colored marking on the sides of the abdomen, like dashes or 'racing stripes'. It's odd to see one in the spring, but I have occasionally seen females that didn't lay eggs in the fall and overwintered successfully. If it's a crab spider, it will move easily to the side, rather than walk forward, and it won't run. What it would be doing in your house beats me, though. Another possibility would be some sort of jumping spider, although they don't usually have a 'big round abdomen'. Jumping spiders generally have more oblong, tear-drop-shaped abdomens. They're much more active and alert and tend to jump at the slightest provocation. I don't know of any green ones, but then I don't live in the UK.
In any case, it's harmless. Pick it up in a glass or cup and drop it off in the bushes and it will be fine.

I think you can ask your parents know it before or not? and specially you can ask the zoo's people that they ever see spider like the spider that you see. But all of them never know and you ever search on the internet doesn't say about it so I think must be stay so far from it or you can kill it cause if it bite you, and it can make you died so kill it is better for you.

you can try sending a pic of it to whatsthatbug.com.
also all spiders have fangs, every single last one of them, just in some species they are more pronounced than in others.

Dannie,
Can't tell from your description exactly what your spidey is, but you can go here to figure it out pretty quick...these are awesome identification sites.
