A guy who knows people's strengths weaknesses and can effectively play mind games with them to have them react the way he wants them to.

Very dangerous depending on whether he uses his ability to get ppl to do violent or bad things. Can be a very effective person if he uses his abilities to the benefit of society.

The only way to succeed in front of such a person is to be the same as him.
