Can you have a principle/head and teachers sacked for expelling you/your kid for appearing in Playboy/topless

http://www.buzzpatrol.com/links/polish-high-school-student-expelled-for-playboy-shoot/

And actually many examples one girl in my old secondary school a few years before got expelled for becomming a page 3 model age 16.

Expelling an otherwise good , well behaved, nice, careing, sweet student who does not bully anyone, disrupt classes without good reason (ie if they are right they have the right to counter argue or if defending others), put anyone at risk etc.

Ie did nothing wrong and getting paid a ton of money just for getting photographed in birthday suit by a reputable complany that could possibly lead to a lucrative part time job that could help pay uni costs.

And make you popular in regards getting a date.

Ruins lives unfairly... And forget rules are rules only just rules are to be respected.

So why not legally turn tables & wreck heads career

And do it publically as well.

As an example to others.

And get reinstated into the school.

Also apply the same to any students expressing affection publically or being in love found holding hands, issing or even somewhere quiet having sex.

ie if the student can get expelled for sexaul affection behavour,.

Thenm if the head or teachers involved have anyform of relatioship and not virgins the rule should apply to them too shouldnt it?

Relatioships are part of growing up and when grown up are an enourmous part of life eventually becoming familes and avoiding divorce etc.

beats ending up only being able to find affection in dogy streets with ill hookers as never learned to date.

In the Uk the rule is

Age of concent 16

Can pose topless at 16,

Can pose nude 18/do porn/be a pole dancer.

If a parent would have a strict rule they have boyfriends frst so could differentiate between the different activity.

As for quote

It isn't the money, or the shoot! It is the message it sends to the rest of the students and their parents!

THE MESSAGE SHOULD BE SEX AND NUDITY ARE NOT IMMORAL, PART OF LIFE, GIRLS FLIRT AND INFLUENCE GUYS AND NOTHING WRONG WITH IT.

AND IF A GIRL CAN EARN MORE MONEY OF GUYS STUPID ENOUGH TO PAY A FORTUNE TO SEE THEIR BOOBS ETC THEN GOOD ON THEM.

Certainly beats other crummy jobs

That is another example of teachers trying to take over the job of parents. In a way it is more conservative parents' fault for trying to blame everything wrong their children do on the teachers and media. Teachers are just trying to over babysit so they won't be held responsible for the children's actions.
Teachers should not be allowed to expel students for what they do on their own time away from the campus. If it has nothing to do with school, she needs to lay off the nanny smothering.

It is about policy. Though the girl may be 19, schools generally have an option of what they will or will not tolerate!

That wasn't in the US, and I suspect they are far more strict than we are! I don't know how they would treat an adult going to high school for posing nude, but they have sacked a few teachers for it!

It isn't the money, or the shoot! It is the message it sends to the rest of the students and their parents!

I think I would ask about the consequences rather than let the money rule my decision. Money, as they say, is the root of evil! And I agree with Bob Dylan who said, "Money doesn't talk, it swears!"

Look at all the trouble some of our young stars have gotten themselves into thinking money could buy their way out of jail. Even little ole Paris Hilton, who does flicks with her boyfriends, is liable to end up in jail!

I would have to venture to ask you if this expulsion is because of personal safety? If not, then it is a illegal act given the statements you made of her conduct in school. I would contact the Board of Education in your area and make your complaint. Besides how old was this girl? In the US if she isn't 18 years old at the time of the photographs being taken, a whole lot of people would be headed to jail including her parents.
