Does anyone know the title of the movie where this male teen has an alien or something (that pops out of the top of his head) that gives him telekinesis and makes him irresistible to chicks? (it was a movie from the 80's or real early 90's)
It was a corny movie but i used to love it when i was a kid

...the closest thing, off the top of my head, that even remotely comes close to matching your description, is a little ditty of a horror film from 1988, entitled "Brain Damage".
Directed by Frank Henenlotter, who previously unleashed the film, "Basket Case", this macabre tale of terror and deftly-tongue-in-cheek humor dealt with a young man, who comes across a creature named Aylmer; when injecting an organic psychotronic drug into the back of the boy's head, and into his brain, the Aylmer takes the lad, now in a state of psychodelic euphoria, out in search of brains....the creature's natural diet!!!
The young man's brother, and his girlfriend have not a clue as to what is going on, or why he is acting so pecurliarly; when the boy goes into a punk rock slam dance club, a couple of women are attractively drawn to his wigged-out state; one of these encounters leads to a rather nasty scene in the back alley of the club.....when Aylmer gets hungry!!!
Becomeing addicted to the mind-enhancing/numbing drug being pumped into him, the boy tries to ween himself off Alymer's influence....with disasterous, mind-blowing withdrawl effects!!!
Your description didn't say whether or not this was a horror film, so MY description might be more extreme than what you were looking for....
