You can tell a lot about a person by what causes they would stand up for. Are you passionate about your country? Saving abused animals? Helping kids learn to read? Working out in the gym? Admiring nature? Photography?

What you believe in or how you would spend your spare time tells others who you are.

But don't write about who you WANT to be but who you are at this moment. Write from the heart. Speak with passion.

Personal statistics about your name, age etc, are boring and should comprise about 10 seconds of a two minute speech.

Hope that helps.

Name, where you were born, likes, dislikes, future plans. Just tell them about yourself.
