A responsible citizen ,in my opinion is one who makes best use of available opertunities and obeys law and order.Dont
expect government to do every thing and start blaming people around you for your or your parents negligence.
I think I am because i chartered my career and studies all by myself with the help of teachers and friends.My parents have not interfered and borrowed money to educate me.Ther are problems in the country but blaming and frustration are not the answers.As the famous Sarada devi saying goes ''dont blame the darkness around you,lit a lamp however small it may be.''You will also be a good citizen.

it depends on individuals and what they think of who a responsible citizen is.......
i personally think a good citizen is a person who does good for his/her country, regardless of where they are. i am half Indian and have lived overseas all my life. i still see myself as Indian(even though i am not an Indian citizen) and am proud of being one...i am and always well try to be a responsible Indian citizen by helping others who need help and also by representing India with integrity and honour to others..
so the answer to your question is yes i do see my self as a responsible indian............

~â¥Even though I currently don't live in India...my answer is yes. Whenever I am in India....I do not litter & try to keep the place clean. I give to people who don't have as much as I do.

i am an resposible indian citizen.
i think bcz,i kno the fact that am an indian and i am proud to be an indian.don't u kno,a person who is devoted to his country will surely luv his country.am an indian,we hav a rich culture than others,am proud of it,so that means i luv india,i can't ever hate india,bcz india is my nation.

I am a responsible citizen but not in every aspect as I am not able to follow every minor rule.

and born for india -will do some good things for india

i always say i am indian
india is my country
all indians are my brothers and sisters
