Well lets look at the facts:
1. Its a portable Playstation with a rechargeable battery
2. You can listen to music, play videos and look at pictures
3. You can play pretty good games
4. You can browse the internet AND
it can fit in your pocket
but it can't support some data types like mpg and wmv
what's your opinion?

I've had both, and the PSP is better. It has much more features.
Eg. Internet (that you don't have to pay for),
MP3 player,
Video player,
Movies,
better graphics,
memory stick so that you can make as many save files as possible.
It only costs £30 extra in the UK, so, if you have the money, go for a PSP.
If there are games that you enjoy for DS like pokemon or mario kart, go for the DS, but the PSP has GTA etc.
White is the best colour as well.
Plus, its easier to connect to a network. My DS never worked after a year of trying, my PSP worked first time with great signal.

No it's not worth buying because you should wait the Xbox Portable. Go here:http://editorials.teamxbox.com/xbox/1664/Xbox-Portable-Explored/p1 . The picture is not the xbox portable though. On the PSP you have web borwsers which will most likely be on the Xbox Portable. But You cna't visit most sites 'cuz you need flash player and the PSP doesn't support Flash and shockwave. And if you visit youtube on the psp you won't be able to watch any videos but I can guarantee that you can on the XP.

Im going to kepp it short, YES, i could list all the things it has like analog stik, mp3 player so on. Do not buy a DS it is not worth it + their are much better games for the PSP

Well I cant really give u an answer since I don't have one but I would buy it now that it's cheaper. It actually depends if you are a nintendo person or a psp person. No one can actually tell you what to buy.

Yes i believe so here are some features:
Video Player either UMD or downloaded to your memory stick
ability to view pictures either from a digital camera or from the internet.
A MP3 player
A video game player
A Internet browser via wireless network
If you want it can act as a flash drive
Only bad thing battery life, but even a Ipod has that problem.

yes, long battery life, many games, wireless online capablility, fairly cheap now, mp3 capability, and video capability.

those things look stupid they're like huge... doesnt look really portable to me lol looks like someones carrieing and looking at a brick.
