It appears that a great many people in America are concerned about George Bush's ability to lead. With all of the apparent lies and deceit why is it he is still in power? Do you think the Democrats will win the next election?

I think he is the worst president in the history of this country, and one of the worst things that ever happened to this country! Both of the last two elections were rigged, and I think it may be a long time before we have another honest election. My hope is that the new guy Mike Gravel will win. he stands for everything I believe in, and it is my hope that even if he doesn't get elected, he will at least strongly influence the Democratic platform. *sm*

Both elections that he won were rigged anyway, but Americans are too lazy and/or apathetic to get him out of power. We could impeach him or use other means to overthrow him, but we haven't. I can't place all the blame the American people, as I am American too and I am also to blame. We all are. If we really want him to leave we need to band together and get him out of power. But we are all too afraid that we will be the only one fighting back. And with this attitude we make no one fight back. This is how Hitler kept the Jewish in check for so long. Think about it. People keep thinking someone else will step in. No one has yet.
I hope whoever wins the next election will have the intelligence to get out of this war and begin making AMerica a better country with real relations with other countries, if it is even possible anymore to patch things up.

I think the republicans will win the next election... GW isnt a good representation of all republicans because he isnt very bright. But as far as the democratic candidates go, they are all pretty good but it looks like they will spend more time trying to get the upper hand over the other and secure minority votes rather than addressing the issues afflicting the entire nation as a whole. Folks love Guiliani for some reason, I personally like Obama... but when it comes down to votes who do you think will win?

The only lies and deceit I've seen is from the liberal media and I find it hard to believe that Americans can be brianwashed so easily -Give us some examples of the lies you talk about .

Don't judge how Americans think by what's printed by American Media. Ask the guys and gals serving in Afghanistan and Iraq what they think about him. Ask the Kurds in Northern Iraq what they think about him. And make sure you know where the actual lies and deceit is generated from.

the process is beyond most Americans and the negative polls only show the tip of the iceberg .....has anyone ever seen a grass roots candidate who was really of the grass roots ? you can't vote for those who aren't available .
I seriously wish someone would speak the truth and ask the people to withhold their votes untill they count.

I, personally, like Bush. I admire his tenacity. He is very head-strong. And, most of all, he never gives up his fight for what he beleives in. Even if everyone doesn't like it. He doesn't care. He doesn't flip-flop on issues at all. Now, alot of people don't like how he does this. But, hey, at least you can take him at face value.
Alot of these democrats and republican candiates for next election are two-faced. Ironically, I still think we will have a Republican in the white house next election. It should be an interesting one that is for sure.
