For me, I wish that I had really gotten to know about her beautiful personality and singing, before she had passed away...but, even so, I think that she seemed like a very down to earth type of caring person...few people that make it big, still seem like they have that type of personality, even after they are living a "better life"...she seemed like a very down to earth, sweet and gentle person...very caring to her friends, family and people who were either fans before her death, and or would have been to those after.. her death...I just really feel so sad, that her "biggest fan", Yolanda did what she did! You know what I mean?!!?
How do you feel now, do you still listen to her music, and what are your favorites?

thanks!

i absolutely love and admire selena. it's such a tragedy what happened to her. someone so beautiful and full of life certainly did not deserve such a fate. i believe her music touches those who listen even if they're not a fan of her music.

i love her all her songs, it's hard to pick favorites. i'd have to say missing my baby, bidi bidi boom boom, amor prohibido, captive heart, and como la flor are among my favorites. i'd have to say donde quiera que estes (wherever you are) is my all-time favorite--it touches me more than any other.

LMAO. Booboo they do no longer seem to be even comparable, you should feel embarrassment approximately your self to even have positioned Selena Gomez up against the type of attractive Goddess like Selena Quintanilla Perez, yet to respond to the question, Selena Quintanilla

Had Selena not been killed, she would have made it not big, but bigger. She is a Grammy award winner. Her "Dreaming of You" album would have made her into the next Gloria Estefan. And yes, she was a very down to earth person. I am from Corpus Christi, where she lived. We used to see her in the mall or even at Pizza Hut, and she always had time for a chat. Once, some kids from her neighborhood, lost their dog. Selena was outside with them for an hour looking for the dog. After the dog was found she bought the kids some ice cream. She never forgot her roots. She will always forever live in our hearts, just as her music will live on forever. Selena, we miss you!!!
As for her music. Yes I have all her music on cd. I still listen to it. My favorites include, Sukiaki, Tu Solo Tu, No Me Queida Mas, La Tracalera, and many many more.

I have a great admiration for Selena. She accomplished so many great things in her short 23 years on Earth. She actually made a difference in a lot of lives and was a great role model for youth, unlike many of the young stars out there today. There's no doubt that Selena would be at the top in both the Latin and the English market if she had lived.

I still think of Selena Quintanilla Perez; everyday of my life.

I still listen to her music, watch the movie based on her life, and I feel like my whole heart has died along with Selena.

My favorite songs from her are "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom", "Dreaming of You," and "I Could Fall In Love."

i love selena. she'd be really famous now if she hadn't died. it's really sad she died too soon, not a lot of celebrities are as down to earth as she seemed. i really loved the selena movie. i always watch it when they show it on tv, and yes, i do know what you mean about yolanda.
dreaming of you is my absolute favorite, closely followed by i could fall in love

As long as we keep listening and our children grow to admire her, the music will live on and so will her legacy...
