Ever since I was little, I often had the feeling that my arms were being touched but could not see who or what was doing it...why is that? have you had similar situations?

It is a situation known to medical science, and falls into the same category as " ghosts laying on me while I sleep", "something shakes me and wakes me". When we lack the knowledge to understand the complex relationship between mind and body, we invent "things that do things to us". This board thrives on such misunderstandings.

Yes you are someone is protecting and watching over you.They caress and I'm sure you've felt like you're being hugged. A feeling of security and overwhelming love, warmth.comfort. Infact the best darn hug you've ever had, which makes you smile. I love those kinds of Hugs. No feeling like it.
Hmmmmmm!You are connected for some reason. I get a Grandmother or Great Grandmother. She loves to give hugs.I know that he! he! he!. If it's your Left arm that gets touched then it's your Fathers side. If Right then it's your Mothers side of your family visiting.Try to get into doing meditation it clears the blockages, the world noises and brings you closer to communicating..
Like you I've been Spiritually connected since childhood. I havent always been aware of this gift. But in the Past 7yrs. I've grown so much Spiritually connecting. (Through receiving messages, seeing the future not on Tap so to speak though. Only when necessary )etc.. Healing. I received a message whilst typing this Post, to who was hugging/ touching you . I saw an Elderly woman with white hair and a very miscievious fun personality. I bet she was loads of fun when alive.She's making me giggle with the feeling she exudes.I reckon she's on your Mothers side.Enjoy your visitor and if it won't make you uncomfortable too much . Start chatting like they're friends. You'll start to relacks and receive messages back.They can help in all manner of ways concerning your Life. Present and Future..

Yes often i feel some one stroking my hair or other times ill feel them going to touch me and i would turn around and no one was there. It could be a an angel or even a ghost haunting you or even your mind playing ticks on you. But if you are really worried try having a fortune teller to see if there is a spirit of any type watching over you or watching you.

YES, I have. I still feel it on my knees, my face, my nose, parts of my scalp.
I also used to wake up in the middle of the night freaked out because I could feel someone's fingers digging in my ribs. It was never my parents, nor my siblings. Thankfully it doesn't happen now---but there are scrapings and scratches on the ceiling to remind me that it is possible that strange things were going in and out of my room at night.
People say this stuff is energy...we don't really know.

When I was little it felt like someone was blowing on my back. But it's never happened again ever since I turned 8 or 9.

Probably you have a rare condition. Check with your doctor. And angel will not freak you out like that.
