If (and the way things are look) and when he is charged AND prosecuted , he SHOULD be fined and suspended . This kind of atrocity is unforgivable . Punishment is necessary , and an example needs to be made since this seems to be something more athletes are into than previously thought . This kind of horror needs to be stopped and players who participate are criminals . It's not a felony for no reason . It literally makes me sick . He will be going down pretty often when he goes to prison .

IF they can get the charges to stick then yeah he belongs in jail. In the least the NFL should suspend him for LIFE. OK first we have the 66 dogs they FOUND. NOW the police are trying to get the warrant to search his property for 30 DEAD dogs. So you are talking about 96 dogs if they find these ones. Sick isn't it? As to the breeder status that needs taken away no matter what. I mean honestly with as many dogs are involved I don't see how that should make too much difference, beyond that I think he needed it to be allowed to have that many dogs.

He should and will lose his job.

He has a public relations job as important as his QB'ing. With fan disapproval he will not be able to get a new job anywhere else.

Pet owners represent a huge portion of those that spend money on NFL tickets, apparel and supporting the sponsors. They hate people that kill dogs and put dogs through incredibly painful lives for entertainment purposes.

He should get a criminal conviction and since he has no prior convictions, I assume he will get off with a suspended sentence of perhaps 3-6 months.

His football career is trashed, maybe not as bad as OJ, but OJ had hung up the cleats when his "dog fighting" charges made the front pages.

Since Vick must perform for a new contract, is pretty untradeable right now, will get suspended by the commissioner - He has one chance left in Atlanta, even Oakland wont touch him now. I don't know how Atlanta fans will react, but he and the Falcons better not get off to a slow start this year.

If Michael Vick is found guilty, he should be banned for life from the NFL. This is absolutely disgusting that this happens in this day and age. Not that I am not some tree hugging hippy, but I am a dog owner, and to think about my dog being forced to do something like this is horrifying.

If you are a loving owner of dogs, and not even a PETA person, you will probably agree with me when I say: if Mike Vick is involved with the allegations, the stupid f*ck belongs in jail, not the NFL.

Yeah peta really cares about dogs, if you believe that check out this video,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itswGWddk2A. They are just hopping on the media bandwagon, and riding vicks popularity to raise money for there own benifit.

I hope he goes to prison and gets gang raped 3 times for every dog he was responsible for.

I find it somehow funny that so many supporters of dog fighting are black. Slavery was cruel but somehow dog fighting isnt? The dogs are not the ones who belong in chains.

he should go down. He is not the good QB we all thought he would be. He is showing that he is turning out to be a trouble maker. He is more of a running back, then a QB. He NEEDS to los his job.
