well, then if you do "prorated rent" do you do it based on how many days are in a 31 day month or a 30 or 29 or 28?

Of course you do! The rent is fixed on a monthly rate, regardless of the number of days in the month. You pay the same rate for months with 30 or 31 days so a month with 28 or 29 is no different.

Of course you should have to pay a full month's rent. Do you offer to pay MORE for those months which have 31 days instead of 30 ?

You pay lease in step with a month-to-month foundation, not the variety of days in the month. There are some days that have 31 days and a few that have 30. You lease isn't decreased or extra by potential of having the further day in the month. For you transferring in on the time you probably did the lease is prorated. i'm hoping this has been of a few income to you, good good fortune. "combat ON"

Yes, but it depends on how your rent is paid, if it's 12 equal payments, then yes, but if it's calculated weekly or fortnightly (every two weeks), and you are paying monthly, then you may need to make sure you are making the right payments.

If it's weekly, your monthly payment is your weekly rent times by 52 and then divide that by 12, otherwise fortnightly, times it by 26 and divide by 12.

But, if it's straight out monthly, which it probably is ... yes, you have to pay.

If not then you should have to pay extra for every month with 31 days. ;P
