Hi, I am pessimistic and always thinks negartive. Pls tell me how to be positive towards life?

is not easy but look at it this way

you are alive so that is a positive thing.

every time you wake up think of one thing negative on you

that you don't like then spend all day

doing your best to change it

if you succeed at the and of the day

well that is a plus do is for at least 7 days
after that

you will star seeing things different

Family supports and protects us. What we have and what

we are we owe our family.

Friends make our life sensible. It’s impossible to survive without those who understand us and share our opinions.

Study is interesting and it gives opportunity for better life in the future.

Love makes everything positive.

Life itself is a really incredible thing.

Nature gives us all kinds of feelings.

Opportunities of the future life give us enthusiasm.

Peace in the world is life and opportunity for development.

Health gives us energy, ability to work and help others.

Money should be enough to support our life.

i think u should go for a holiday and hav some relaxation, i know it does not link with the question but will may help indirectly, some way.Read some inspirational books and remember that u should inculcate positive feelings in ur mind if u wanna see the world positively.how abt some good music?

Just think in this...you are never looser...you were born as winner as you defeat 4 million sperm cells to emerge...then what are the other possible things that make you feel like a pessimistic...start thinking from that prospective

You need to learn how to enjoy life by discovering things that make you happy. If something doesn't make you happy, cut it from your life or place less importance on it.

By uplifting your mood you will find it easier to see life positively. Think of things that make you happy and remember them during times of negative thought.

Negative thinking is not good for personality development. Every thing is depends on hope. Be a optimist and undertake journey, you will find good results in your future life.

you admit that you have this problem, good! that's the first step.
you need to stop thinking about the worse that can happen and try to be more grateful in life

stop thinking about other people and start focusing on u. what makes you happy and do all the things that brings out the best of u.

think yourself first, you can easily find - you are more clever, more wise , more pleasant and have many more high qualities within yourself. But never compare to any person with you, and forgot all unpleasant past things. every action have to end
with its own benefits. benefits, if you don't like the end . you start another - start another---- but never stop - until to reach your Target. negative thinking only born and raise in inactive
mind only.
