Mine is and i hardly use it cause i keep my conversations short. and i pay $100 to sprint.

yes my Nextel was like $260 and i dont even have friends to talk to wats up with that

You must have a monthly package w/ too many minutes. Go to a smaller one so that you don't pay as much.

Or maybe you do use it a lot more than you think and you're using additional minutes, which do get very expensive (45c/min, in some cases). Get a bigger package instead.

Or maybe you use stuff other than voice (data, txting) which is driving up your bill. Find a compatible package for that or cut down on your non-voice usage.

With sprint I don't know but I can tell you this. Check your account online or call them to see what you are being charged for it is more in likely a whole bunch of taxes.

nope. cause i have this free incoming call plan and 1000 free sms/mms per mth and the plan is only $30.00(before tax)
most of the time i will just sms or miss call that person.
never exceed my monthly bills of $31.50 hehe
