Two of my favorites with lots of quotable lines are Blazing Saddles and Caddyshack. From Blazing Saddles, the greeting committee practicing the speech to welcome the new sherriff "We extend to you this Laurel, and Hardy handshake." From Caddyshack, when the judge is talking to Danny about making the right choices, "I've sentenced boys younger than you to the electric chair. I didn't want to do it. I felt I...owed it to them."

I agree with you that Princess Bride is one of the best movies for quotes. My personal favorite is: "I do not think it means what you think it means."

All of the Monty Python movies have great quotes, but my favorite is very silly: "Run away! Run away!"

Apollo 13's "Houston we have a problem" is a very useful quote. Life seems to offer many opportunities for this one!

Villains get many of the most fun quotes. "I'll get you my pretty--and your little dog, too!" "I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti" I like the silly villains best. Alan Rickman in Robin Hood (bad movie!) yelling "I'll cut his heart out--with a spoon!"
