I'm wondering if a mobile phone, when plaaced next to a credit/debit card, will screw up the magnetic strip on the card

Nope, I've never had a problem, I'll test it again... No seems.. wait... oh ****!!

Just joking. Your mobile will have no effect on your magnetic strips.

No, it requires an electromagnetic magnet for it to change the money amounts, depending on the electric charge, it adds or removes money
