None of the story about the doctor is true. He was a fictional character, but he was a catalyst for gaining access inside the leaders inner circle.

The entire back story and the degree of his atrocities are fact. All the major events that occurred on the national level (war, hijackers, etc) occurred. I'm not entirely sure about the doctor and the love triangle and such, but it think much of the personal story is true as well

i saw that movie last night...i didn't realize that the doctor character was fictional.....
