does turning my windows to a mac means that my pc would act like real mac or just look like one?

If youre talking about running a mac simulator on windows, it will just LOOK like mac, and operate worse than either OS if it was freestanding.

If you're talking about actually installing OS 10 or some such, yeah, it'd actually be a Mac.

Same as if you bought the components in your computer from Apple (at double the cost, of course) and installed Windows.

if you reformat your PC by installing Mac OS X, then it will act like a real Mac.
