I found a fabric backed vinyl in Joann's. It has shopping centers, gas stations etc. printed on it. It was in the section where they have the large rolls of plastic for table covers. I bought it awhile ago, so it may not be available anymore. I have also seen area rugs with roads, stop signs, stores etc printed on them. If you could find a rug, it would keep him off the bed.

I think if you wanted something for the bed, you would want to hand-paint a sheet or comforter. That actually sounds like a fun project!

try Wal-Mart craft department, JoAnn fabrics (also online), or Michael's craft store.
