I'm only saying this so that people wouldn't be able to just make an account and get people deleted. I know there are others under level 3 that don't abuse the system but it would weed out the rift raft.

Your comment - people just make an account to delete others - it's not that simple getting to level 3 - and just to go on to yahoo and 'delete people'. I can't understand your thinking!!!!

No I don't think it would make any difference as to what level you are on whether you should be able to report or not. There are people from all different levels here that have probably reported someone at some stage. I really think that the only way to solve the reporting for silly answers or questions that shouldn't be reported, is better managing by yahoo!

personally i don't think anyone should report.that just robs others of the right to their opinons.if you don't like it don't read it.at one time or another everyone is a pain to someone else.we can't all be perfect.forgive and forget.
