It's a shame that today's real good musicians that actually know how to play an instrument or that can read music, really take a backseat to those that just look good and frequent the gossip headlines. I mean it's not even their voice anymore after post production.
I also just feel like I've heard all this music before and that there's just a lack of originality that's actually good these days.

I'm just 22 and I feel that today's music is just so cliche. All of them just look the same to me.
I prefer the ones from 20-30-40-50 years ago.

I'm with you. You aren't the only one. I thought I must be getting old cause most of what's played today is worthless crap to me. It's like good writing/singing/music talent doesn't matter at all. But if these "singers" are making millions from that, then...I thought I must just be different...or old. But good stuff comes once in a while.
