Well, not working and taking naps, for one thing. I tend not to sleep for too many hours at a time (was always completely normal for me). That's why I think I'd be better off working from home.

Sometimes, in creative moments, we just have to express what we are thinking and complete the task. That energizing of the mind can decrease the need for sleep.

I kept adding another 1/2 hour on to the time I'm here. It worked. I look like hello, but I manage to sleep less.

20 minutes transedental meditation is equivalent to 7 hours sleep

I meditate twice daily - hence I have 14 hours sleep from meditation + the normal 7 hours at night

My energy level is up, no traces of fatigue, I'm alert & rested

Actually, I have added on a couple more hours to my sleeping pattern and I feel very rested and my brains work better too.

I went to med school and suffered through many traumatice expirences in my life...Yeah it worked wonders. I never sleep and can last without it.

~Keep very active all day. Try not to sit for too long.
~Walk, swim, hike, play tennis, go fishing, hang-glide...etc
~Drink plenty of WATER
~Eat lots of fruit and veggies
~By the time 9-10 pm comes around, you will be ready to sleep until 6am!

Sleep without any fans or nothing yes it did.

Have kids. It's amazing how fast your body adjusts to no sleep!! LOL
