It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Most people have things they would change but if you're happy, then that's all that matters. Just don't expect life to be perfect all the time or you'll be disappointed.

Perfection is an ideal, not a reality. Read some Plato. It is one of the ideals we hold to as valuable and work towards, as an artist works toward beauty. But being human implies that we are always on the path. To quote Leonard Woolf (Virginia's husband) - The journey, not the destination, is what matters. That is why there is such a contrast between "The Canterbury Tales" and "Pilgrim's Progress." Bunyan's Pilgrim is a miserable loser, for whom the pathway is just a nasty obstacle to be overcome. Chaucer's pilgrims are an exciting bunch of people, full of variety and color, making the most of each day by telling stories. They live a full life on the road and Chaucer doesn't even bother to tell us whether or not they ever get to Canterbury - for, as Woolf saw, it's the journey that matters. So "perfect life" is an ideal. St. Augustine said you need the church to pursue perfection. Pelagius said - no, the biblical injunction "Be ye perfect" implies that we have within us the ability to take the path to a perfect life. Jerome and Augustine agreed that Pelagianism must be stopped. The Roman Legions were adopting it. So they kicked him out, and declared Pelagianism, faith in the self-perfectibility of man, to be a heresy. It still is. Today's Pelagianism, rooted in faith in humankind, is Humanism, still outside orthodox religion as it was when St. Augustine prevailed over Pelagius. So you can hold as an article of faith that yes, there is such a thing as a perfect life, just as there is perfect beauty, and the good life is one that travels toward it.

What is perfect for you is not what might be perfect for me, or anyone else for that matter. You are asking a subjective question, which will always vary from person to person. All your good life, freedom from financial worry and so fiorth gives you is a little more of an opportunity for happiness, just less to worry over. I have known rich people who were really really unhappy and people in poverty who thought their life the best ever. Poorer people have more worries than rich people., but that does not cross over to happiness with life. Material things do not make life perfect, just a little easier since you have less to worry about. You can not buy happiness. Your life as you see it is a direct result of your attitude, not the number and kind of your material possessions. I do not have a perfect life, but even though I am unemployed and single, living alone, I have it pretty good. There are speed bumps from time to time, but I live a very comfortable life on an income just below the official poverty line because I have a guaranteed income, so I do not have to worry about the roof over my head or food for my table from month to month or even day to day, so I have the luxury of enjoying what little (compared to you) that I DO have. I do have to economize, shop sales, use coupons and such, but I have everything I need with a little left over for a luxury from time to time. I am not on any form of welfare or public assistance. Except for the wife and 2.3 kids, I have the Classic American Dream. I own my own home and car. My only debt is my mortgate, and that is 90% paid off. I spend 4-8 months during the year cruising and camping in state and national parks since it is cheaper to live on the road in a tent in a park than in my house. No, my life is not perfect, but it is pretty doggone good and it will get even better when I am eligible for property and income tax deductions because of my age in a few years...

That's good. I'm glad you don't need anything in your life or your life is so perfect. Does it feel like there's no more room for imporvement? if that's the case then I applaud you and envy your perfection. Congrats! God must've spent a little more time with you!!! You know that song? Well maybe u have just been so good to him and he's is rewarding you! I'm happy that you are happy with your life. And that perfection exsists for you. Nothing happend that was bad when you were little, and that everything in your life turned out the way it's supposed to be. that's rare.

being pretty, rich and going shopping every week is your idea of a perfect life? -_-

...shallow life

You sound like a brat to me... "I get everything i want, when i want it" And you're perfectly fine with getting everything you want, when you want it just handed to you? Don't you want to earn something for yourself?

If you have to tell people on the internet how perfect your life is, you're probably just trying to convince yourself it is.

But seriously, you are, and always have been perfectly content with absolutely everything in your life?

You are doomed. You will never be independent. You will always be sponging off someone, mostly your parents. When they are gone, you will golddig some men who will dump you sooner or later.

You are extremely high maintenance.
