For starts, it's darned hard to do because most women aren't into other women and if she does, it'll be solely to make you happy. And secondly, it isn't the thrill you think it is. Leave it in your imagination and be content with that.

She's either into it or not. This isn't something you can "talk someone into." To broach the subject, maybe you could watch a movie with something you'd like to try (and if she balks at watching the movie, forget about getting her to try this in real life). Then, ask if that's something that's ever interested her. If she gives you an "Absolutely not!", it ain't gonna happen. If she seems giggly (or brings it up first!), you might have a chance.
How to FIND that other girl is a topic for another question, I think.
Be forewarned, though... I've known people who have done this (couples that "dated" 3rd parties), and theirs was the worst breakup I've ever seen. Both, after the fact, blamed the other person 100% for dragging them into debauchery. Most therapists would probably tell you that this is a recipe for trouble in a relationship.

Your best course is to keep it a fantasy.
We don't have to live out every dream, and threesomes are a death knoll for a LOT of relationships. Either from distrust, the thirdwheel syndrome, or too many expectations on one side.

Its a fantasy that you need to forget about. Do you really want your boyfriend to have sex with another woman with you watching? Think about how close the two of you feel while you are having sex. Do you want another woman to feel that with your boyfriend? What if he likes her better than he likes you? This is not a good idea.

That is a slippery slope to go down my friend. If you get her to perform with other girls their is the chance that she will like the girls more than you. You might want to leave that one as a fantasy.

Make her a deal 1st threesome another girl the next another guy and she may have fantasy's too. See how you'd do with that threesome.
