Not sure what this is for but acrylic does not drill or tap well. If this is a feed line for a tank or container that will be filled with water, I would suggest a Bulkhead fitting. It has a waterproof seal on one side and threaded fitting on the other. You drill a hole in the "wall" and insert the fitting and screw together. Makes a watertight connection and is less prone to cracking your plate.

You can't do it your way. The wheel stud only comes out one way and that's pulling it from the inside out which you can't because it's stuck on the rim. If you grind off the head of the stud, you still can't pull it out because the first part of the shank close to the head is larger than the rest of the shank. Here's what I think: Forget about trying to save the rim, it's ruined. It seems that the lug nut was not put on very tight. The whole wheel started working its way out. as the lug nut started to work its way out, the wheel started to hit the wheel stud and wore the hole even bigger. As soon as the hole was as big as the lug nut the wheel started to work its way passing the lug nut to where it is now. You can use either method: Get a 2x4 and a large hammer and hit the wheel close to the lug nut from the outside. The will move the rim towards the vehicle and make space until you can get a grip of the lug nut. Or hit it from the inside pushing the rim outward. This will push the rim completely past the lug nut and fall off. Edit Or, if you have the tools, you can cut or grind a bigger hole in the rim around the nut. Then you will be able to take it off. Good luck

Most PVC pipe use a standard pipe thread. You can usually find this at the hardware store, but watch out. Acrylic is very brittle and will crack easily.
