Most sites are good with it assumiing you dont have too much junk on your system. IE7 doesn't work well with yahoo toolbar, but most reputable others (not to say yahoo isnt) You should have only one toolbar, uninstall all the others and uninstall unneeded add ons (tools/ internet options, manage add ons). Many people have browser "helpers" that are actually browser "hurters".

If I were you I would install firefox for some sites, but keep IE7 for some surfing too.

If you need to uninstall IE7. In xp its in control panel/add remove programs. In vista, its in control panel,/programs and updates. IE6 will then be the version you will have

IE7 screwed up, mixed up, and messed up my internet time. It crashes with other tool bars and is a clumsy mess. I installed it because they told me I must have it for better security reasons. I was gullable enough to believe them. Never again.. I removed it from my add/remove program files and hooray!! the old one reappeared!!

UNINSTALL UR INTERNET EXPLORER FROM "ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS".
IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY COME DOWN TO A LESSER VERSION.
