if you are going to pay someone figure about $150 easily for a 4cylinder if no major problems, Please keep in mind you do not get much for a tune-up these days.DFepending on the type of ignition with individual ignition coils and spark plugs about $7-$15 a fuel filter it adds up quickly. Changing the oil and filter is NOT a tune-up!!!!!!!!!

'Tune Up' seems to have different meanings at different shops. Beware the Jaguar premium, if calling around just ask for tune up prices on a V8. To me a fair price may be $100-$150 max.

A tuneup should cost you about 20 dollars if your only getting a regular tun-up which is changing the oil, oil filter. If you're changing spark plugs,sparkplug wires,transmission getting flushed,etc it's gonna cost you more
