They would wait for Bonds to round the bases and then get on to the next hitter..

If Hammerin' Hank dosen't care, why should anyone else? It's a travesty plain and simple

Boston Red Sox fans are "true" fans in the sense of appreciation of the sport. I'm a Giants fan and welcome all out of town fans to AT&T Park any day of the year! We need passionate, no bandwagon riding, knowledgable and smart fans that are true to the sport and love the team no matter what the standings are.

The Red Sox fans would probably be their classy selves and applaud politely. I don't think anyone needs to jump up and yell, but a milestone will be surpassed, so I guess it's up to them what type of celebration would take place.

In SF, there are just "people" at the ballpark. I don't call them fans because they talk on their cellphones during the game, don't show any enthusiasm when something good happens and just want to occupy the good seats just for the sake of being there and not following the game. If you try asking a group of people a SF Giants historical question, all you see are blank expressions and no one can answer correctly. Sad.....

To do it in Fenway he'll have hit 10 homeruns in 12 games and monkeys will then fly out my ***.

Even if it could happen, as a sox fan I'll be annoyed he hit in in Fenway (annoyed that he must have hit a few others since he hit 10 in 12 games) and annoyed we just gave up 1-4 runs. I might clap but chances are I wouldn't stand up.

There's no way it will happen as Barry will be sure to do it home in a friendly setting. He hit #600, 700, 715 at home and he will sit if he has to in order to do it in SF. I think it would be more ironic if he did it in Milwaukee, in Bud Selig's backyard basically!

I am a die hard D'Backs fan and we gotta play them soon. I actually dont care where he hits it, I am not a Bonds fan but he does deserve credit, there are so many players that have or are still playing and cheat that got recognized. I am looking foward to him getting the record and then slap an asterick next to it.

Boston fans would be their courteous selves and give him a standing ovation. Not that he deserves it, but Boston is known for its courtesy to opposing players.

Chow!!
