♡As Bz said, you'd have to check with the airline you choose. Narita is the airport not a carrier. But if you'd like an example, take a look at United's policy:
"Traveling with pets
Your dog or cat can travel in the cabin with you, accompanying you as checked baggage or unaccompanied as cargo. All options require advance reservations and are subject to a charge. Contact United reservations at 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331) if you are traveling with a pet other than a cat or a dog.
Please note
Advance arrangements are not guarantees that your animal will travel on a specific flight. To be as humane as possible, airlines reserve the right to refuse to transport an animal for reasons like illness, poor kenneling, or extreme temperatures at origin, transfer, or destination airports. Airlines have the right to refuse carriage of any animal that demonstrates aggressive and/or violent behavior..."

☆Each airline will have their own rules and restrictions. Call the airline's reservation number of your choice and they will be happy to give you all the correct info.
Good luck and I hope this helps!♡
*Fees
"The charge for pets that travel with you in the cabin is USD $85.00/CAD $101.00 within the U.S. and between the U.S. and Canada, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. International rates vary by destination.
The charge for shipping is $100 for small/medium size kennels and $200 for intermediate to extra large for domestic one way travel; international rates vary by destination."
☆IF you were wondering about keeping your pet in Narita airport before your flight time, please look here:

~Also:
"Regulations at Narita Airport forbid pets in the passenger terminal areas (excluding guide dogs, etc.). This does not apply to caged animals being checked in for transportation on an aircraft. Airport visitors are asked to refrain from bringing their pets with them. "

I travel from Seoul, Korea and I change planes in Tokyo, on my way home to Detroit. (and back again)
I bring my cat in the cabin, under the seat. I always have a few hour layover, so I take my cat into the bathroom for a drink of water and a try at the litter.
Narita allows the animals into the airport, but the issues are:
1. Reserving a space for your pet on your flight. (whether in cargo or in the cabin, there are limited number of spaces per flight)
2. Having the health certificate to enter the US with the pet.
You need proof of rabies and a health certificate from a vet indicating the pet is healthy.

You would need to check with your airline, as they would be the ones making those rules.
