It all depends. For most people, a threesome is usually:
A.- FMF. This is the most common threesome everybody pictures, where the guys gets two girls, and both girls are more likely bi or bi-curious so they can also interact with each other. This is very common also in porno movies.
B.- MFM. On this one (seen a lot in porno movies too), each guy is straight and try not to have any contact with each other. The girl gets it usually from two directions if you know what I mean. For most people, those guys must be straight.
But a threesome could be much more than that. It could be all females, all males (in both cases could be lesbians, gay, or bi and bi-curious), and we now have also many porno movies showing straight guys that don’t care if they touch each other aqs long they get the girl good, and also bi guys and girls together.
As for myself, I haven’t been on a threesome. But I do like the idea (as most men do) of having a threesome with my wife and another girl. My wife and I have talked about it, and she also likes the idea of a threesome, but in her case, with another guys besides me (straight guy, nothing bisexual).
I personally don’t mind, if we ever decide to have a threesome, I don’t mind doing it her way, but as I have told her, I would also like to try my way at least once… lol

The thing is it is more likely to for a threesome with 2 girls than a threesome with 2 guys. Girls are more likely to touch each other, than guys. I don't know how those guys in the pornos do the DP scenes, though. It would really, really, really bother me if that guy's balls were touching mine. DOOOHHHHH!!! Nasty!!! If he is doing sexual things with the guy, it is considered bi or gay. If he is involved in a threesome with another guy and his girlfriend, and the other guy and himself is doing just stuff to her, that is not. So it all depends on the circumstances.
