It is a 1995 Sea-Doo speedster. The gauges don't work and the lights on the dash don't work. I have checked the fuses and they are all okay. It is possible the ground is bad but I don't know where to bring in a new ground. Any ideas?

It is most likely a bad, loose or corroded ground.

There should be two wiring blocks next to the panel (on the back side) one should be the ground and the other is the connection to the battery. Check the ground and check all the wires for corrosion.

just find the ground circuit under the dash and run another wire from it to the negative side of the battery.

yep, sounds like a bad ground, find the old one first and fix it
