It depends. If that person threatens you it would be a lot easier if you wanted to prosecute him. I really don't know how you can press charges on a cyberstalker if they are in cyberland.

i do not know the wording but the laws have changed over the last yea and yes you can be prosecuted to a extent

Yes there are laws against it, also agains phonestalking. Any kind of stalking is iligal.
