should i be worried about the 10 or so toads that have found it the past week?its been up n goin for 3 weeks started w 15 feeder golds 2 died no biggy . also have 4 koi now. oh yea 1260 gph pump runing water fall 350 gph pump curculating the water.

You can't hardy stop frogs from finding a pond. As long as the fish are too large to be eaten I wouldn't be worried about them. Do be aware that snakes may follow the frogs or toads so watch for the possibility as poisonous snakes can and do hunt frogs.

Toads are more land frogs than water frogs. Their main diet is bugs not fish. That is not to say they won't swim. You don't have to worry about toads. They will keep the misquetos and other insects at bay near your pond. I have a mushroom toad house for mine they stay in.

Sounds like you have a nice pond.
