Nixon was winning the war they wanted peace talks
but masses protest to get out of Vietnam
ho chi Minn the north Vietnamese president after seeing
America was getting strong protest's in the U.S they drew up a plan to fight very limited and wear out the Patience of the American people until they withdrew.

we might have had a shot at actually winning cause they seen Nixon picking up the war and was strong and they willing to cut the a deal like they did in Korea but Nixon's was hand cuffed to withdrew.

a few incident's went are way we would have had a deal striked very close.
