Most energy drinks have herbal supplements in them, which can be just as harmful to your baby. I know it's tough being pregnant and cutting back on the caffeine, but try juices. Find some that you like the taste of and stick with them. In about 35 weeks, when you get to hold your bundle of joy in your arms, you'll be glad you did.

"Energy drinks" are caffeine and sugar, and in the doses they put in they are not good for anybody, especially pregnant moms and their babies.

PLUS they are a total waste of money. Need more energy? Exercise regularly (like walking -- not some X-treme BS), eat a diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, get a good sleep every night, use caffeine and alcohol in extreme moderation and DON'T SMOKE. This really works, but everybody wants everything to happen in the next five minutes, so they do those stupid energy drinks. If you're stupid buy energy drinks. If you're smart take care of yourself (and you baby) all day, every day.

NO energy drinks! They have a ton of caffeine and have all kinds of herbs that may not be safe during pregnancy.

It's good to cut back on the caffeine while preg but a soda every once in a while won't hurt.

I'm not a medical doctor, however if you read the can on ie.. a Monster Energy drink it tells you not to drink if you're pregnant. I'm 8 months along and my doctor advised me NOT to drink them. Something about them raising your heart rate along with the babies? It could be for individual body types though, and would probably be best for you just to ask your doctor.

somewhat confident to the 2d 2 questions, yet i will answer the potential drink section in extra element. A pink Bull includes loads of caffeine alongside with taurine, which some have confidence to be risky. pink Bull is even banned in some international places because of the fact of that. on an analogous time as i do no longer comprehend a ton approximately why taurine is so undesirable, the experts say to quite cut back your caffeine intake for the period of being pregnant. no longer having pink Bulls for the period of being pregnant, or in ordinary terms having a small can of it according to day, could desire to be a solid concept. yet ask your rfile for specific.

Do you know why sodas are not good for you during pregnancy? Same goes for energy drinks. You may as well just have all the soda you want if you are thinking about energy drinks.

consult ur doctor, they probably are not good for the baby in fact, i would drink soda before an energy drink, its the caffine that is bad for the baby, a clear soda w/o caffine would be ok.

Some of the cans are marked do not drink during pregnancy. I would stay away from all of them. If nothing else they have too much caffeine.

Looking for a delicious way to sneak some more folic acid into your diet? Start your day with a tall glass of orange juice or a fresh, juicy orange. Both are excellent sources of folic acid-an important nutrient for any woman who's hoping to conceive.

The caffine content is very high, it is pure sugar, and maybe some odd herbs. Overall I would say not good products to be drinking.
