Hi I'm doing some research for smelting copper by using an electric cubicle furnace and have encounter alot of air bubble in the smelted material. Do anyone know how to dissolve the air bubble? Do i need to add any chemical or material before the smelting process? Please Help!

Try fluxes of sand or limestone.

Aerate it well.
