My business will require my client sign an online agreement and contract. How can I create this with scripting or code to place on my website. I am very familiar with html, web design and implementing coding into Dreamweaver.

This contract must be binding and hold up in court should it be needed.

Any assistance would be great!

While you could get general advice from this forum on the subject of a legally binding electronic signature, I'd recommend consulting with an attorney. Find one in your state that specializes in this area of law.

As to implementation, basically have a page flow that walks the user through the sequence of accepting the online agreement and track their acceptance. The wording of the agreement will probably be the more difficult thing to work out.

Basically have a database table that has at least 2 fields (an ID field and a field that records if they checked the checkbox) although you probably want to store their name too.
