It might not be the baby just yet - it may just be things stretching out inside or gas bubbles. If it is, you're probably in your second trimester. Are you showing at all? You should get in to see an OB/Midwife soon though so that you can get the appropriate blood work done and build a relationship with a practitioner as well as have your medical history with someone so that come labor you're not walking in with no prior care, no tests and no rapport with a doctor. That way you will at least be prepared if something comes up. This is why people say to get in to see a doctor as soon as you can. If you haven't gone because you don't have insurance, go to your local DHS office and apply for Medicaid and get in as soon as you can. Some doctors will even see you and delay the billing until you get the Medicaid so you can call and ask before you go in for an appointment. The local Health Department or Planned Parenthood might also have a doctor that you could see. So, get the ball rolling and get in but don't wait too long! Best of luck and I hope you have an uneventful pregnancy!

Can't tell. You may not be feeling actual movement of the baby. You need to see the Doctor or a midwife so they can tell you these things. You also need to see one so that this pregnancy goes smoothly with out any complications. If your worried about health insurance and the cost . Call your local DFS they will help you fill out papers to get you state medical insurance until the baby is born. But please see a Doc. Don't just ask people on the internet. Also try the message boards at askdramy.com the women there are very nice and will answer any questions you may have. Most of them are pregnant or have been pregnant or both!!!!

If this is the first pregnancy, you typically feel movement in the mid 2nd trimester to the 3rd trimester.
You NEED to get to a doctor. Prenatal care for yourself and the baby are needed.

If you are feeling actual baby movements (and not gas bubbles or other tummy stuff) then you would be at least 16 weeks along, so in your second trimester.
Despite what other people have answered, don't freak out about not having gone to the doctor yet. Women have had babies successfully for thousands of years without getting checked by a doctor every 4 weeks.

OMG, you are probably in your second trimester. You should have gone to doctor the minute you found out you are pregnant! Proper prenatal care is essential to you and your baby's health. GO TO THE DOCTOR TOMORROW!

You are in the 2nd trimester. You need to see a doc ASAP because a lot of docs won't take you after you have reached a certain point in your pregnancy, because you will be considered too high risk.

If what you felt was indeed your baby kicking, you would be at least 16 weeks pregnant. Sometimes you can feel thee movement around 14th week, but normally not with your first child.
