I cook out of necessity...I don't like to cook, though....a real cook is one who "likes" the kitchen...so I guess I'm not a real cook

A few months ago I didn't even know how to boil water. Now I am learning, but I am not fond of cooking. May I admit that it's a very difficult and a thankless job.

No, not very well. I can bake though. I like making desserts. I can do that fairly well. The sad thing is that I can't have most of what I bake, because I'm allergic to milk.
I can cook simple things for myself though. Sometimes...;)

I can if I'm in the mood but that only happens rarely. Actually, I prefer my husband's gourmet cooking/

My wife takes eveything I cook and puts it back in the oven to burn all ther flavor out of it. Drives me nuts.

Not very well! And I don't like doing it either. I love eating, just not making it for myself. Plus its hard cooking for just yourself.

nope, I'm 16 my Lil sister (13) knows how to, i just let my mother cook everything. only thing i know who to cook is macaroni & cheese

i love to cook and bake things. my husband makes great potroast. mmmmm. my speciality are really soft home made biscuits and my own special lasgana (i use cream cheese in my recipe). good stuff there.
