I totally would not worry about it....often times, it is hormonal...your baby is adjusting to thriving on its own...however, as a precaution I would check with the pediatrician....There are things to make it better....1) wash with a detergent that is free and clear of all dyes and perfumes...you don't need the expensive baby detergent...just one free of dyes and perfumes...it is the same thing. 2) Eucerin cream is a good lotion that my pediatrician recommended because it doesn't have all of the fragrances, etc...it's about 7.00 a tube, so it's more expensive than baby lotion and it doesn't smell as good, but it helps their skin. 3) make sure your baby is not overheated...sometimes those bumps are caused just by the heat...we have a tendency to overdress our babies because we think that because they're so little they must be cold..that's a myth...dress your baby like you would dress yourself for the weather. I hope this helps you!!! good luck!!!

are they little red bumps? Could be heat rash or something like that, babies get all sorts of things on their skin that are completely normal, if it is heat rash just keep baby cool, if it is something else like exczema etc. get it checked out by a doctor and get a proper cream to clear it up

Babies get what is called baby acne. Maybe he /she has that? If it worries you a lot, call the ped. Good luck!
