I hate people like that, people should realize that age doesn't matter in music.

Do I ever! Rock of the 60s, 70s, and some 80s is far superior than any music out there today. The musicians took their time creating such great music back in those days. They actually played their own instruments. Nowadays, it seems anyone with a computer generated beat can have a hit. It's not right.

I love 60's music, I was a teenager during the 60's, and now my 16 year old son likes it too, he's even been playing records. No I don't have a lack of respect for people that don't like it, I just wish they did.

Music is timeless, ageless. The Beatles are as well. Just think if we stopped listening to Mozart or Bach because they were old.

Classic music is wonderful stuff. Whether it's the Beatles or Beethoven. Indulge the senses, enrich the mind, enlighten the spirit!

No.

I used to listen to classic rock excessively. Now i listen to new stuff. Still like all the old stuff.

People will listen to it eventually.

I dont lack respect, i just have pity that they are missing out on the best music ever made.

There is no such thing as Old or Good Or Bad when it comes to music, It's all good.
There are just some things that I either don't care for or are trying to be passed off as "Music" that aren't.

you're right, or those people that hate a genre just because the mainstream sucks. Example-rock...all those little horrible bands like Fall Out Boy and My Chemical Romance are giving rock a bad name, they all sound the same and have no melody!!
