I'm traveling to Vegas from San Diego and I know that the last sign of civilization before Vegas is Barstow and I'm pretty sure my big car won't make it to all the way to Vegas from Barstow without another fill or two. Does anyone know of ANY gas stations inbetween these two cities?

Yes there are, you can gas at Baker which is about mid way between the two. You can also gas up at Stateline which is about a half hour before Vegas. Pretty sure there is a gas station or two out there also along the path, but I couldn't tell you where.

I would be surprised if you can't make Vegas from Barstow on a tank of gas, most cars can make that section on half a tank. Still you shouldn't have a problem stopping in Baker, there are 3-4 gas stations there.

After Barstow is Primm and then Jean. I guess you will have to stop at one or the other They are close to the state line.

Baker is also in Califronia about 20 minutes east of Barstow. So you have a few choices.

Barstow is two hours from Henderson and I can do it on a little less than 1/2 tank I have a Nissan X-terra.

Well hope I helped you out

There is gas in Baker (VERY Expensive), Primn, and Jean. There might be a few others along the way but they are all VERY Expennsive.

Barstow-Vegas is only 2-2.5 horus. You should make it. I can make it on one tank from Vegas to LA and have some to spare.

Yes, there are a few dinky, tiny little towns with gas stations in between. Primm, NV is on the border before Vegas and there is a town I believe is called Baker somewhere in there.
