your lawyer should b e able to help you in this situation. there is no reason he should still have keys to your house if you are seperated ,get a restraining order

If you get a restraining order, he can't enter the house when you are home. If his name is on the deed, there is nothing you can do until the divorce is final. Have you thought about moving out? You can get a small apartment and still live in the house until things are finalized. Sign a month to month lease and you can have the privacy you deserve.

don't know what the law in is MI, but I had the same problem in NJ. For me, I was stuck until the divorce was final because technically if his name is on the deed it is still his house even if he is not living there. You might have to deal w/this until the divorce is final. good luck.

get real. This was your home as a couple and it still is until you get divorced. I am sure he is not thrilled with having to "visit" his home, and he probably wished you were not there when he had to go in. Ask him NICELY to give you a ring when he needs to come over so you can get outa his way.

I would change the locks immediately. He has no business there, any time he wants to come in!
