None. They check your SSN/DOB against other states now a days. This will show your revokation, and if you didn't admit to it on the application will be ground to deny your license, AND prohibit you from getting one in that state ever.

Try California. In the town I used to live, one of my neighbors was an anesthesiologist. His license has been revoked in several states (NY, NJ, NV, MD, FL, etc) but not CA. All he got here was a slap on the wrist, and he can't work on female patients alone anymore.

Hopefully none. All states are more than likely tied in with each other. As far as I know,in order to get a license in another state than the one you are licensed in,you have to show proof that you have a valid license in the transferring state.
