The US has poor people who vote. It also has poor people who don't vote, but could. The US has voters who make bad choices in who they vote into the Senate and House.
BTW BushFascist, Europe is NOT where it's at. Europe is dying. BigEL.

If you mean, does the USA have poor voter turn out, meaning that most people do not vote...........the answer would be marginally correct, depending on the election, the issues of the day and how pizzzed off the people are.
As far as others here taking this guy to task for not using English properly, next time go to a foreign blog that you marginally know the language and post a question. Most of the time people will treat you with respect. Here, the spelling police and ugly Americans rear their ugly heads.
Peace

Generally the most that vote in a major election is 50%, so, yes. As far as being educated votes, I don't think that is true anywhere. As far as the economically relatively poor voting, in nearly all republics, the poor tend not to vote as often as the middle class or up. The only one I know of that this isn't true is India.
I feel a need to apologize for the folks that gave you a hard time. I think that if I went to the French or German Yahoo sites and asked a question in French or German respectively, I'd certainly stick out. So few Americans can even slightly comprehend a foreign language and that is not a good thing. I'm impressed that your English is as good as it is.

Wish you explained more on what you mean by poor voters: There is no longer anymore poll taxes so what ever your income you can vote in USA. We have a very poor number of people who wish to register and vote and in same vain poor voter turn out. One person poor vote choice is another person good choice. Can't think of any other way to use poor voters.

False.
The 4th Reich of the Rich has "vote fraud", collusion with foreign governments for infiltration of Israeli "mind control", and software for electronic voting which is owned and operated by Nazi Republicans!

Millions of poor people in The United States vote. We have that right here, and most of us are better educated than people in whatever country you are from as evidenced by the relative literary ability of their answers compared to that you displayed when asking this question.

Everyone that is over 18 and not a felon gets to vote in this country. It does not make a difference what their economic status is.

Yes, most Americans are poor. Very few own homes, most people are in debt and will never own a home, since they pay so much interest to the filthy rich bankers that screw them out of their wages.
Americans also eat very low quality food, most of it imported from China. America is in its decline. Europe seems to be the place to be these days.
