Run scan at windows startup.It will identify the virus and delete the malicious files. Use Norton antivirus for scanning.

let the antivirus run and at the end delete the viruses. manually if u have to. then restart the pc and do another scan to make sure.

Need more info. What antivirus program are you using? I have never heard of an antivirus program which gives a message like the one you described. I wouldn't do anything drastic right now (e.g. reformat your hard drive). Please provide more details.

Take those sorry viruses to jail. Have the anti virus program delete them.
