Napping is when a horse will not go forward. Could be for a number of reasons, fear, confusion, not willing to work etc... Bucking is not only when a horse kicks out his back legs, bucking broncs sometimes just spring in the air leaving no hooves on the ground. Crow hopping is when a horse takes small hops forward or in place. Commonly when he is being held back from moving, he may crow hop.

A crow hop is kind of like doing a little hop, but with their front feet only... A buck is when they kick their hind legs out at the same time-- but the other two feet are on the ground... I have no idea what napping is-- ive never heard of it...
You could describe it to them like that or you could get on the ground and act it out hahah! That always works =)

When a horse rears, it where the horse goes up on his hind feet and puts his front hooves in the air.

When a horse bolts its just when the horse off usually galloping or cantering after being scared as if running away.
When a horse shies, its basically just when a horse is kind of scared of something and stutters at going towards it or something of that action.
When a horse spooks, its basically when a hrose gets scared by something and bucks, rears, bolts, shies...etc
Napping is when a horse is kind of distracted and his mind wanders and he's pretty much daydreaming.

I believe the term "napping" means the horse is not paying attention, it is daydreaming rather than keeping its wits about it and keeping its mind on its job and rider. I think we've all ridden horses like that!
did some more research: "Napping, propping: When a horse fails to respond appropriately to the rider’s signals, as in refusing to go forward, running sideways, spinning or running backwards. This conflict behaviour could also result in attempts at rearing."

And here's another good article on napping: http://www.worldofhorses.co.uk/Help_Section/Napping.htm

Napping is when the horse refuses to do what the rider is asking and usually responds by bucking, rearing, spinning round, headshaking etc, anything to avoid the riders aids.

Napping is sleeping and a buck is a dollar. I've never heard of a crow hop.
By the way, what planet are you from?
