Only way to upgrade that cache is to upgrade your processor.

The cache is embedded in your processor.

Yes, you can upgrade to a faster processor w/ bigger L2 cache. You can go up to the maximum speed of processor that your motherboard supports. And if you are adventurous enough, you could bump up that upper limit some more through overclocking.
