i cheated on my husband and he never found out... i ended that relationship. i am still with my husband but now i can't kiss him it's really hard i love my husband but i cant kiss him i panic and hyperventilating and sometimes get grossed out i figured it could be the bad breath so now i buy gum and give him a peace like if i was sharing to see if that would help..




any advise?

Ask yourself these and answer them as only YOU can:
Do I still love him? Y/N
Do I fully and deeply regret the mistake I made? Y/N

If you still want to be true to him and if you still love him, then never let that mistake ever happen again. Do everything in your power to ensure that your feelings will never again be tickled by any man other than him.

And learn to forgive yourself then because you cannot carry the guilt.

What's happened has happened and cannot be changed.

Telling your husband NOW would be a selfish act, it would relieve YOUR guilt but completely destroy him.

So do not tell him. Make the conscious decision to admit and regret this one foolish mistake you did. OWN the mistake, take ownership of it.

And if you can judge yourself as strong enough to withstand any future temptations that would peck at your heart (from this experience the pain will linger for years) then let this mistake die it's own death and never speak of it again.

Let it go. Forgive yourself and devote yourself to your husband.

1) Go to councelling. You feel guilty and it's eating you alive.

2) Take things slowly. Make sure you're ready to kiss him before you actually do. Go through it mentally, imagine it all the way. If it was OK in your mind, only then kiss him.

3) Telling him the truth without knowing how to handle the consequences will accomplish nothing. Go to councelling first. If you feel you need to come clean they'll advise you on how to handle it so that your relationship has some hope.

It's Eating you Alive inside of what you have done therefore leaving a smell of your insides rotting this is what the stench is, it's actually coming from you, not very nice to cheat on your husband then blame him for having the smelly breathe. You need to come clean and tell him the truth so he can decide from there what to do.
